I have replaced the CPS sensor and figured it would fix the hiccup issue.. But nope, still does it and it is really starting to **** me off. But my air filter is in need to be changed, could that be a possibility? or maybe a ICP? Its a 94.5 psd. HELP!!!

For better results, scroll to the top of this page and you'll notice you're in the 6.7 diesel section. Click on the word diesel, before it has the >6.7 Power Stroke Diesel and it will give you a list of the different generation diesel trucks to choose from. If you scroll down the list, you'll find the OBS section for the 7.3 and you'll get more answers if you post the same question there.

Lights flashing sound like a short to ground issue that makes the computer hiccup. ICP or IPR pigtail, wiring between the IDM and valve covers, or possibly the IDM itself if it's gotten wet lately. CPS issues typically just set the CEL after 3 or 4 hiccups, and it leaves a code. The short to ground just leaves a KAM code that points you towards batteries.
