Class V hitch

I want to get the best hitch possible. Doesn't mean spending the most money though. Thugs is for pull behind. Truck is af350 diesel dually. Trailers will be up to 10 tons. Three axle trailer also. Truck had a Hitch that will accept 3inch receiver. I've always used just the simple Reese hitches. Would it make sense to get b&w, Anderson?

Weigh Safe with 3" shank and built-in scale. Pricey but are beautifully cnc'd manufactured.

Been looking at those. Don't know if I need the scales because the trailers going tip weigh what it weighs. Do they make same thing without scales?

I'm happy with my B&W Tow and Stow. Rated for 21k with the 3" shank though I'll never have the need for that much capacity. When I'm not towing I just flip it around and prevent many cuss words from my shin meeting the hitch violently as I'm prone to do

I got the gen y torsion version for my weight distribution set up. It really smoothed things out and I don’t get as much feedback from my trailer as I used to.

Just ordered the weigh safe 3inch receiver. Has the 6 inch drop with 2 and 2 5/16 ball. Did not get the scales as I won't need that.

I just got the 2.5” weighsafe without the scales. I have a 250, so it’s not the 3”. 6” drop was perfect for my 2 trailers. I bought a cheap harbor freight case and storing my factory gooseneck stuff all together when not in use.

Nice storage idea. That case has to weigh a couple pounds!

Have you used the built-in scale yet? I really like the idea, but read several negative reviews on Amazon. Apparently it doesn't like to return to zero when unloaded.

Curious to hear your experience.
