My F450 came with the 5th wheel tow package and a 27.5k hitch. So the trucks are out there. Actually I didn't want the hitch. I was going to get the Anderson Ultimate Hitch but this 450 was the only one in the western US at the time with the options and color I wanted.
WTF! This is crazy!! I just picked a few NC dealers and looked at their inventory and sure 'nuff they mostly all come with the tow packages.
Come on Texas-Get in the game!!!!!
Smooth transaction. I can highly recommend these guys from an ease of experience perspective. I can't say they were the lowest cost, but my time is worth it. Feel free to PM me if you want a recommendation.
If you're looking to fly, and want rock-bottom price, check Koons Ford Baltimore. Hands down they consistently had some of the lowest advertised prices I could find on the East Coast.

that’s a nice rig
buy an Open Range. You’ll be very happy with them.
I had the Ford 5th wheel package installed on a 6.5 bed with the Ford factory bed liner already applied. The only difference I can see is the bed bolts are no longer bedlinered over. No biggie.
Can't tell it wasnt factory otherwise, and I believe it's covered under the truck warranty
the bolts may have been bed lined. I say this because ford recommends replacing bolts if removed. Yep one time use. Something else to consider if your planning on doing your own installation rather than factory.
