2000 Ex v10 no start

2000 Ex v10 no start
Started my excursion this morning. It started slow but started. It’s been sitting a few weeks and weather been crazy. Stopped to put fuel in it 4.4 miles from the house it idled for about 20 mins before I left the house. Went to start it up and it clicked and nothing. Replaced the battery with a new one as the old was getting old. So here are my symptoms:
1) key in inhigition with door open it dings sometimes when it is dinging and I turn key to on nothing see 2
2) Turn key to the on position nothing moves gauges, lights, anything.
3) I get a clicking noise sometimes from the relay 2 witch is the battery saver relay (have swapped it with relay1 same thing)
i did put jumper cables on it and it started went to give it some fuel to get out in traffic and it died.
Any suggestions?
