ford e450 frames compatibility

ford e450 frames compatibility
hey every one the question i have is i got a 2000 e450 cutaway van which im making in to a welding truck but my question is i got a used cab off a 06 e450. on the 2000 truck was from the north so it a little rusty. the guy i got the cab from has the frame striped down i was wondering could i take the drivetrain out of the 2000 and put it an the 06 frame?
