Leasing

I went to look at the 06 Crew Cab 4x4 that the dealers are advertising for 299.00 a month lease. I was wondering if anyone else has leased a truck, how much out of pocket did you have to pay with this new deal.

If you post this in the "New Ford/Lincoln/Mercury Buyer" Forum you may get a better response to your question.

Fees

They are wanting 999.00 down on a 2 year 12000 miles a year lease plus some other fees one being an acquisition fee of about $500.00. The payments are $299.00 a month for 23 payments.

Before I retired, I leased a new Ford pickup every two years. Operating my own business made the payments a big right off for me...... You might want to check with your tax man and see what options you have available. An accountant/good tax man will be able to show you in black and white whether leasing or buying is better for you. There are a lot of factors that go in to the equation other than the size of the payment...
