Most winches are rated in HUNDREDS of amps with a load on them. For example, a Warn 10k winch draws 358A at max load.
No, your upfitter switches will not run one.

I ordered the Snowplow/Truck Camper and Upfitter switches and I have them on my 2020...

Haven't decided on one yet...that is a bit down the road, just wondering if that would be something that could be wired into one of those switches or would they typically draw too much amperage.

What do people typically use those switches for?
