I am experiencing parasitic draw with my 99 f250 super duty I have it down to fuses (21,22 maxi) from the fuse box under the dash (21 is ignition switch b1 and b3) (22 is junction box fuse/ relay panel battery feed) what are these and why are they drawing so much power? These two have been pulled and set aside in the meantime
Those sound like two main fuses. Is your computer not going into a sleep mode? How are you testing the parasitic draw? Amp meter in line with the circuit? Doors closed, hood closed? Waiting enough time (20 minutes?) for the computer to go into sleep mode?
Yes, that is a very good video. I haven't had time to look at the two fuses you named, but It sounded like they were main fuses, which means that the electricity goes through those before going out to smaller circuits. So now you need to continue by testing each of the other circuits until you find out which one is your issue. My experience is that the draw often happens when an aftermarket radio has been installed incorrectly. If you have already tested each smaller circuit, you need to work by wire diagram, and follow from those fuses through your circuits until you find the circuit that is drawing power. keep in mind that if your computer is not powering down, you either need to find out why it is staying awake, or you could possibly have a bad computer module.
I didn't waste time watching the video, but I'll simply ask you if you waited the required 40 minutes after touching anything for the battery saver function to activate before you made your current draw measurements? [emphasis added on purpose...].
If you did not, your readings are invalid. This situation seems to get posted every month or two and, inevitably, the OP is chasing a ghost that doesn't exist due to improper testing procedures.

so I need to put those two back in and do it again checking other fuses?
