Shift points after gear change

I have a 1999 f150 4.6 that was geared 3.08. I have changed to 3.73 gearing. I have recalibrated my speedometer with a superchips flashcal. Now my transmission shift points seem to be off (shifting to soon). How can I correct the shift points?

Your superrchip can only adjust the WOT shift points, your gonna need a custom tune to adjust the part throttle shifts
