BJ How does one find 56FordPanel's build thread, or any user for that matter? Are build threads listed in a special area? I must be bone-headed!
Not bone-headed. Bone headed would be not knowing and not asking.
The top post listings are called "Stickies" and say "Read First" in red letters. one of the stickies is "Member Build Threads". Many of our build threads are listed there, but not all.
If you are using the "Garage Talk" app on your phone, you have to choose the "Stickies" option.
To find posts by members you can click on their user name at the top of their post. Then follow steps 1-4 below.
Unfortunately, many of us did not use the phrase "Build Thread" in the name of the thread. Many used a description of their truck. As I did.
BJ - thanks for the clarification. Earlier I'd searched for posts by 56FordPanel but only four records were found, which seemed odd. There really is a username 56FordPanel in the system!
EFFIE and BJ is this garage talk thing the app you used to post pics and stuff at the sho me run ?
Does it give you access to fte ? If so I learned something today WOW !!!!
Art,
I’m not sure what you’re asking. Garage Talk Thing I have the FTE App on my iPhone & iPad. Sometimes the phone is too small so I normally post pictures from my iPad, but either will work. If I’m using my Nikon, I have a EYEFI card so if I’m not close to a computer it WiFi’s to both my iPad & iPhone.
Garage Talk is a phone app that (I think) Internet Brands, the owners of FTE, adopted to replace the FTE app. It gives you access to all the Internet Brands websites.
Personally, I just use the phone's browser and look at the same full site as on my computer. I like consistency/standardization.
