2004 Rim size question
Any one know if a 16x8" rim will fit on the new 2004 FX4? I have a set of 285/75/16" Bridgestone Dueler MT's with only 9000 miles on them. Plenty left and I want to get more use out of them.
Got concerns about the outside mounted shocks and the brake size.
Just ordered an '04 FX4 Screw blk/blk .... dying here ... no patience!

2004 Rim size question
I saw one of the '04's at an auto show a few months ago. It looked to me like the front wheels cleared the calipers by no more than 1/8" to 1/4". Unless the 16" wheels you have are designed specifically to clear the brakes on this truck, I would guess no. I've never tried it, but it sure doesn't look like they would.
