I have that same setup on mine, I left the speedo alone. With Forscan, you can get close to 35's I believe. For me, I'm ok with the truck logging "less miles" and reading slower than actual.
You can use FORscan to change your tire size, 35's work fine, 37's will throw a CEL. Only other option is a Hypertech Speedo calibrator. You have to remove the dash (IPC) and install it. Once its installed you're good to go.
I did the same lift too, Went the DSC coil over and the ride quality is amazing compared to stock. Like mentioned above I have decided to just leave it, 10% will keep you safe.
