Hi guys. I was looking for header suggestions as well. I bought an old farm truck last year that I'm in the process of bringing back to a state of reliability. The headers that are on it now are neither stock, nor in good shape. Any thoughts on new headers (or the rest of the exhaust) would be helpful. Thanks.

I was taught that peening the metal really helps the process. It sends shock waves through metal. If you cool the manifolds with out an oven, make sure if you do have anything clamped to the manifolds leave them on until it cools, otherwise it could warp. I agree the headers is a better route
Mine's PO actually cut a section out of the inner fender....and used stock manifolds. I can't remember now why he did that.
BUT I remember others talking about fitment issues and the need for low profile or and shrouding the starter.
Any issues there?
