Fuel Pump Driver Module repacement, need help
I am trying to change out the fuel pump driver module on my 2009 F150 and am having serious problems. If you have changed this out before and have experience, please let me know how. I have located it on the beam directly above the spare tire. Removing the 2 screws is easy, however I can not pull the wire connector plug off the module. It appears that you only need to push down on the plastic leaver at the top above the plug and pull, but it doesn't come apart. I have used channel locks to push it down while trying to pull and that didn't work either. What am I doing wrong?
