I am in the process of installing the OEM cargo lights in the bed of my truck. So far I have purchased and installed the following:
1) Left LED lamp wire harness: HC3Z-13K371-A
2) Right LED lamp and bed switch harness: HC3Z-13K371-B
3) LED bed lights(2): FL3Z-13A756-A
4) Bed Switch FL3Z-9C888-B
I still need the crossover harness which I believe supplies power to the switch from one of two possible unused connectors on the frame rail on either side of the spare tire. The crossover harness that I have identified is part #:
HC3Z-13A409-B
I am unable to find a picture of this harness but it should have a 6 pin connector on one side, a 2 pin connector on the other side and a third connector somewhere between the two that supplies a 12 v constant to switch from the bed and a switched 12 v supply from the cargo light switch in the cab. I am requesting that someone with these lights installed please trace the crossover harness under the truck and take pictures of the connectors. You will most likely have to drop the spare tire down a few inches. Thank You in advance!
Let me add that if you are ordering your truck or as in my case if you buy from existing inventory and you think you might want this option it is WAAAY cheaper as a factory install. So far I have $165 into this project not counting the wire harness I still need....It is a $60 add on from the factory.

Reason: Update correct part number for bed switch
I did this install on my truck for $160. Keep in mind I got a discount on parts from my local dealer. The harness you have in question is the whole rear harness that runs to the tail lights and will have two extra connectors for the bed lamp harnesses. If you drop your spare tire it is on the passenger side where the harness will start. You will have to remove the old one and install the new one which entails removing the taillights so you can plug/unplug into the taillights. Don’t let this post scare you, it is very easy to do. Just make sure you order the right harness for the options that you have. My truck is a XLT premium with blind spot radar and my harness number was HC3Z-13A409-G.
I did not take a picture of the new harness I installed, but this is the old one I took out. What I have circled in red is the connector next to the spare tire. This is the harness you will replace. Hope this helps you out some.
I believe you have the wrong switch. The switch I used was part number FL3Z-9C888-B. There was no trim piece for it. I simply removed the plastic cover in the bed and popped this switch in its place.
So I got the correct switch in today (FL3Z-9C888-B) and installed that as well as the proper crossover wire harness for my truck configuration(crew cab, standard tail lights, non-BLIS, Lighting Package A): HC3Z-13A409-RB. Earlier this week my dealer changed the coding to enable the switch. Installation is complete, works perfect.
