Cool to hear. How long did it take you to install the hardware?

Not long. I dropped the spare tire to make it easier. I would say altogether it took about 45 minutes. The plastic christmas tree pins on the old harness were a bear to get out. That was probably the worst part.

So am I reading this correctly, that with the parts you listed, this is plug and Play on an XLT with backup camera?

This was plug and play for my XLT. Which does not have the BLIS or LED taillights. THe harness that you replace is the one that powers the taillights. THe new main harness has the two connectors that are needed for the bed LEDs.

I am thinking this should fit any 17 Super Duty with the normal taillights/non-BLIS.....

I bought mine online from my local dealer, to save on shipping costs. It was ~$165 for all the parts in the list above.

Note that I still need to figure out the changes in Forscan to get them working perfectly. Right now they come on when you unlock the truck from the remote, but the switch in the back doesn't seem to work yet.

The F150 FORScan spreadsheet has BdyCM:

726-57-01 xxxx xxx* xxxx Bed Lamp Cfg: 0=disabled, 1=enabled

There is also the Bed Lamp Output setting in the non-As-Built BdyCM configuration.

Hopefully one of these might work.

Thanks. I was going to try those specific changes, when I got some free time.

I'm thinking you'd need HC3Z-13A409-G but not 100% sure.

All Second Unit Body, Blind SPT Monitoring W/Trailerng, Lighting Package Level A, Pickup, Tail lamps - Level 1, With Single Rear Wheels

I would like to do this too. What about the tailgate spotlight...can that be added?

This worked perfectly. All works well now. Just wish the cargo lights and bed light (that is on the third brake light) were activated separately somehow.

For those that have accomplished this;
I've ordered my parts and give this a try on my 2018 F350. I see that some of you dropped the spare tire to make access easier and that the main harness I am swapping out is a replacement for a tail light harness is that correct?
My truck is an XLT, with factory gooseneck/5th wheel set up, non-led's, BLIS, and backup camera in t-gate.
I ordered;
Bed Lamps: FL3Z-13A756-A X- 2
Switch: FL3Z-9C888-B
Main Harness: HC3Z-13A409-G
Driver Side Harness: HC3Z-13K371-A
Passenger Side Harness: HC3Z-13K371-B
Did any one take pics of their install they wouldn't mind sharing? I'd like to make sure I route harnesses correctly and that they don't interfere with anything else.
Thanks in advance!
