I noticed when I crawled underneath my 2017 F250 the spear tire is a Goodyear Wrangler. My four on the ground are Michelin’s. Not a big deal. Just curious if other f250 are like that.

A spear tire will likely puncture holes in the highway, fender well, bedside, and worst of all it will ride like crap!
On the other hand, it's normal to have a different brand of spare tire, usually when the sizes are different. The circumference and diameter is the same, but the 18's have more rubber sidewall and less rim, and the 20's have more rim and less rubber. Hope that helps explain it some.
