Help
Trying to find out about this 75 Ford 4x4 pick up. Don' have it yet. Thinking about getting it. Tried to Google the vin, but it keeps telling me it' not a valid number.

Whatever you used in your search said your vin isn't valid because in today's systems the vin is longer. These "search engines" can't decipher older vins as they are only looking up newer vins. when looking up my truck before I bought it most sites didn't go back earlier than 80s and I think it's for that reason.

X2 on the VI# on our old trucks is 11 characters and the new vehicles is 17.
As soon as some gurus see that vi# you will get a run down of it and probably what the assembly line builder had for lunch.... if ND does it. lol

Usually, online VIN decoders will not decode 11 digit VIN's.
F11 = F100 4WD Pickup.
Y = 360 2V (1968/76).
N = Norfolk VA Assembly Plant.
X43476 = 1975.
