scan reading questions

scan reading questions
1998 5.4 expedition that threw a p0402 and a p0306. Replacing the DPFE sensor and coil for cyl 6.
As I was checking the running scan the o2bisi(v) reading had a ? mark and the readings showed as:
.80-.855
.095-.860
.095-.790
.085-.825
are these readings normal? If not could it have something to do with the DPFE and miss fire?

Sorry it did not make much sense.
I have a cheap harbor frt scan tool and really do not know how to use it other than read the scan codes.
I had the scanne reading live data with the engine running and noticed one listing of o2bisi(v) had a ? mark beside it.
Not knowing what o2bisi(v) is - I thought I would ask and list the readings. I am not sure if these readings are something related to P0420 and PO306 and even if the readings were within an acceptable range.
