1997 F350 7.3 injector problem

I have my valve cover off and whenever I start my motor I unplugged each injector and my number 7 doesn't cause my truck to lag like it does when I unplugged the others. Does this mean my injector is bad?

double check the wiring harness with diagram
ohm out the inj coil and compare to working one
check for broken armature bolt and clearance

if all is good then maybe its clogged or something inside broke

also good to check compression while you are in there
