83 FSB Transmission Issues

Hi everyone my name is Carlos from Mexico and I have a little question for the forum. I just got an old bronco and it has a problem with the transmission. The thing is that I have to start the bronco at least 10 minutes before I use it, otherwise the transmission won't work. Does anyone know what can be wrong?

The internal seals are worn out. The transmission needs to be rebuilt.
