TPMS Valve Stem Caps
Hey Guys, haven't been around for a while but though I would share a recent experience. Had a TPMS go off on my front left tire and noticed that my valve stem cap was missing, you know the one, they're quite a bit longer. Stopped by 3 different Ford dealers during my adventures and I was told the same thing at all 3 dealers. "Those TPMS caps are not sold separate from the assembly". Well, long story short, I was looking to buy a spare air filter for the truck and thought I would check out RockAuto.com since I had seen them used on one of those TV garage workshop show. I ordered my filter and then looked up 'wheels' and damn if they didn't sell them. 68 cents a piece and they came in a package of 4. So, if any of you Guys are looking for just the caps, the part number is 9L3Z-1A163-A. I just wanted to share this with you all.
