Forescan DPF Filter % problem
I did all of the changes to my truck a couple of months ago and all are working great except the DPF Filter %. When I first turned it on it showed 15% then went to 20% then it did a regen and went back to 0% which is where it has been sitting for a couple of months. I am pretty sure the truck has done a couple of regens in that time but it just won't register. Anybody else have this issue.

Same here with both DPF and DEF guages. I read all the threads here, and quit worrying. It took well over 3,000 miles for the DEF gauge to move at all. Probably about 4,500 miles now, and it's down to 74% (according to FORScan Lite). I also monitor DPF% in FORScan Lite, and gets to about 27% before the dashboard DPF% gauge begins reading at all. The dashboard DPF% starts to catch up, but typically I hit 500 miles and a regen starts before it ever catches up completely. It will be interesting to see how this changes if winter ever goes away, or when I have the 5th wheel hitched up.
