No 2017+ Super Duty comes with armrests. Ford intends you to use the ones molded into the doors and either the padded center console lid or fold-down center jump seat console as 'armrests' which I generally find sufficient. There may be something in the aftermarket for you, but nothing from the factory.

I called my local Ford dealer and the parts guy informed me that in order to mount a jump seat I would need to buy a different mounting bracket($1200) and new seats!!! No thanks!!! I'm not sure how to go about cross referencing the consoles with padded lid to see if I can do a swap. Thanks for input and suggestions. Any insight would be great.

Unless the dealer was talking about installing the older-style Super Duty seats (ending production in 2010) than he is misinformed. No factory Super Duty seats with fold-down armrests from 2011-current.
As for the console, here is a link to a center seat / console that would fit your truck, assuming you have a gray cloth interior. The top platform when the seat is folded is well padded, wide, and comfortable: https://www.ebay.com/itm/2015-2017-F...kAAOSwT4lWSkJJ
