Code 0430
I have a code 0430 showing on my 012 3.5 eco. My question is, is this typically an o2 sensor or is it a CAT issue?

Normally catalyst codes are showing problem with the cat not the O2 sensors. You really need to check fuel trims at highway cruise to see if there is any fueling issues. You would like to see single digit fuel trims. You should also check mode 6 for misfires as this can ruin cats earlier than normal.
