Here's the problem. Truck wouldn't start but all my accessories came on and now they won't shut off... I replaced the ignition cylinder but still the same thing....
Surprise! The ignition cylinder is not a switch but the mechanical action between your hand and a switch..
The switch is down the steering column and operated be a rod from the cylinder assembly.
Either the rod or the switch may be faulty.
The switch supplies many circuits and functions.
Obviously it is in the ON position for some reason.
Try again.
Good luck.

Ok. I'm thinking it's something inside that's messed up because even with the new ignition pulled out, my accessories still stay on.... if I could post video, I'd be able to show you.
The rod has the switch operated, or the switch is broken.
The operated switch provides power to the computer by operating a relay, provides power to the start relay that goes through the transmission selector, provides power for the flasher circuits, lights the dash instrument checkout lamps, provides power to the GEM for it's functions, lights the charge circuit lamp etc..
You description tells this. Don't need a video to see it.
Understand it and look for the cause.
Good luck.
