95 f150 ignition switch
ignition switch will not rotate to "off".
"run" is fine and "start" is fine.
what to do?

did you just change the tumbler or the switch or did this just happen with no recent changes

This could be a worn out ignition lock cylinder, broken actuator rod, or a bound up ignition switch. The switch is located on the bottom of the steering column behind the dash.

thanks...no changes or work done, was working fine and suddenly messed up. I'll disassemble this weekend and try to see what's up.

I'd say broken actuator rod too.

I just replaced my steering column to fix mine.
