Manifold studs

So my gibson stainless headers are acting up again for the second time (they've been on the truck since 36,001 miles, now have 160k) seems the ball flange has a crack on the drivers side and ginson said they will replace it again for free...my concern is I have original studs and nuts from 2004 on the truck still! They don't look horrible it they don't look brand new and I was thinking of upgrading my hardware. I have two choices

A- stainless studs with brass nuts
B- titanium studs and nuts

Pros and cons and expirence with either is needed PLEASE

Noticeable line around the ball socket. My gaskets are intact, nuts are tight and no evidence of leaks on the aluminum head

Also I'm debating on wether to install the OEM manifold Instead of the headers? Manfolds have 36k on them and ZERO rust, I just dropped them off Friday at the machine shop and was told they are straight and he just face surfaced them ($20.00). I'm waiting on prices to send them out and get them coated with what I'm not positive on yet
OR
let gibson replace the passenger header and ship both of them out to get coated (the stainless is not holding up very well) BUT I'm so far Bout down the road again.
Will the socket crack again?
The stainless isn't holding up well to the salt in the winter so what's gonna happen after another five or eight years?

I want to install so.ething that's gonna last and I won't have to worry about, I have a work truck now so I haven't driven the f350 since thanksgiving but when I start it all you hear is exhaust leak and it's freaking annoying! If it was nice out I still wouldn't drive it because of the exhaust leak...Ford and their cheap design

Im doing mine soon. I have new manifolds. I just did them with por 15 heat paint.. I did my manifolds 10 years ago and its time again. I was under there messing with the studs a week ago I broke one off at the manifold because it locked inside of the hole..Im going to shock all the rest with my air hammer before I attempt the rest. 10 years ago I used the upgraded ford stainless stuff. Now im using full stainless from a guy on ebay.. I spoke with him he said he uses them and has sold tons with all good results..use good nickel anti crap..So they make titainium hmmm.

Stainless, bronze, brass etc all are affected by "current" created by moisture and salt. I would think titanium has more resistance to corrosion.

haven't done it yet. manifolds are painted. I'm waiting for a window. need the truck for plowing and sanding. I use stainless bolts all over my truck for years salt never bothers them. salt won't bother those on ebay.. might bother 4 series stainless.

For the little extra money that titanium kit should last me a 100years before any heat or salt damage occurs
