Charging Issues

Just recently picked up a 200 F-350 CCLB DRW 7.3, mildly built (upgraded internals, firepunk trans, upgraded torque converter, bigger turbo, cold air intake, 250/100 injectors, php hydra, aftermarket remote start, studs, rods all the good stuff) Build was done about 20K miles ago.
Its been great haven't had a problem, then I was driving down the highway, noticed that my volt gauge was barely reading over the line (but the battery light was not on), then it popped up to the max just under the red, then stayed there for a while, then popped back down to the halfway mark and stayed there. Then a week later, my abs light randomly came on and I was on my way to work, accidentally left my lights on and it died, had to jump it, fired right up drove off, got to a jobsite 45 minutes later, and shut it off, dead. Had to get another jump, fired up with no problem, volt gauge read just over the line, then I was sitting waiting to get loaded and the windshield wipers randomly kicked on, radio got all static, dash lights dimmed, and the gauge's zero'd out and the battery light came on. I shut off the heater and all the gauges popped back up to where they should be. I left the truck idling and went inside, then came out and the truck had died. Got new batteries, fired right up and drove back to work (bout an hours drive) then drove home (30 minutes drive). plugged the truck in, came out the next morning and the engine was stone cold and I couldnt get it started. Jumped it and fired right up, everything read as it should, drove it to work, 10 minuted before I arrived at work the abs light kicked on and then everything started all over again and the truck was pretty much dead by the time I parked it.

I've checked all my grounds (all I can find at least, found one loose one, cleaned them all up) checked any wire with anything to do with power and found one loose wire on a solenoid. I've also checked all fuses. I charged the batteries and fired it up, Idled like a champ for about 15 minutes, then all the symptoms started up again.

So I guess my question is, does anyone have any experience with this and have any other recommendations before I pull the alternator and replace it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!! Thanks in advance!!

Before the lift was installed.

my f250 is currently being worked on a similar issue. my truck would have no battery power ranging from 30 minutes to 8 hours. the ford tech says it is the smart junction box that is attached to the in cab
