So this is progress, it didn't shut down right away
It's going to be up to you if you want to change to 5w-40w synthetic oil or plug it in to warm up before starting.
Can you plug it in for at least 2 hrs before starting this time? Since it ran a bit...
What about air in the oil? If you are starting it like this and eventually it improves, you could be working air through it. But it *shouldn't* be more than one or two no-starts usually.
I know you still have the fuel lines to address....
How does the ICP and other values look now that you removed the tuner? Are they building up to that super high number?

DUDE!!!!
When mine ran like that, it was cold weather, thick oil, GP's not well....stuff.
What I did:
Replaced injector orings
New UVCH
New Glowplugs
Switched to Rotella 5w-40w synthetic
Started using Powerservice additive in the white winterizing bottle
Rebuilt fuel bowl and Hutch mod
Keep in mind you are also working the air out of the oil and fuel...hopefully!
Was this plugged in? Plug it in longer, see if it clears up more.
Mind would run like that 5-10 mins until it warmed up, then smooth out.
Let it run, see what happens

New UVCH. New glow plugs. New injector o rings 2 yrs ago. Hope they’re not bad. Only put 12 k on her in 2 yrs. don’t have a fuel bowl. And have done hutch and harpoon mod.
I pulled hoop reservoir plug and it bubbles like it had air, and my fittings on hoop lines seem loose. Won’t be able to tell until I get her all torn apart to replace fuel lines

Cody test should tell you if your outer injector orings are leaking. Did you use Alliant or some other orings?
Air in HPOP or fuel could be issues. You're getting ready to address the fuel, though
Have you warmed it up with the block heater for more than 2hrs yet?
I'm heading out to the garage very shortly, so maybe I'm rushing you a bit

Cody test, see this post for the tool I made: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...l#post17629306
It also has a link in there to when I was using it to test my setup.
You are using air to pressurize each head individually. If you hear air moving, pull the valve cover and see which injector. Either external orings (at base of injector), or failed/stuck injector if coming out the oil spout at the top of the injector.
Done. Repeat with other side

Ok, so today I got fuel lines ripped out and saw my hpop lines were possibly leaking, so I pulled them off and made a trip to the hydraulic line store and got new fittings and brand new hoses. No more compression fittings. As I was cleaning up engine bay I looked at wire harness. Man, what a ***** show so I ripped it out and put new loom on it. Get to start fuel lines tomorrow and hopefully get her to fire up.

Nice work on the wire loom! Did you replace any of the injector pigtails or just do a re-wrap on everything? Either way, nice work! Also, those ICP numbers are pointing to something in the HPO system. It wouldn't lope like that even with air in the system. I am hoping your HPOP is ok. They don't "usually" bite the bullet, but it does and can happen...ask me how I know. If it is even weak, it will cause these same symptoms.
