Returning to Redding from spending the night on the USS Hornet for their Scout Lock-in night
The Super Duty was both a pain and a blessing while in SF at pier 39.
I've spent a night on the Hornet... was a Cub Scout event... smacked my head into the underside of the deck while climbing a ladder during load-out... made me realize I was better off to have never been stationed on a ship.
What's the story on the caution tape in your picture? Was someone afraid that people wouldn't be able to see a big red truck?

Going into the Pier 39 public parking garage, the ground floor attendant waved us over towards the exit. Then he asked if I could back in to one of the reserved spaces. . The caution tape is to emphasize the reserved spaces and is set about a foot from the bumpers of most of the cars there.
