Blinkers not working
Has cruise control on blinker switch. Don’t know if it works.
New flasher in the fuse box.
Blinker arm turns off with steering wheel as it should.
Right blinker light in the dash is on always when the parking lamps and/or headlamps turned on.
We can get the blinkers to flash (very fast like rapid fire) when the arm is moved
around a bit. This happens easier on left than right. In fact right is very difficult
to get rapid fire!
Things to look for when we pull off steering wheel?
The light in the dash is a sign of a bad ground some where. I would check/clean all light grounds and test again.
I can't think of anything when you pull the wheel.

Drivers front and fender parking lights are out. Removed bad bulbs and the right turn light doesn’t stay on now.
We tested the bad bulb sockets with good bulbs from working sockets and they checked out.
Have not found the ground by the parking brake pedal. Didn’t remove plastic on wall. Rusty screw holding it on and looks like it might turn into a lengthy project. Will start a new post for the e brake.
Summary is blinkers working at all sockets in rapid fire only. The blinker arm (with cruise control) on column must be tinkered with to get the blinkers to come on.
Any tips on fixing it before we pull the steering wheel?
