Just got it home. Went over the entire truck again. Only issue I have with it is the drivers front door is not flush the drivers rear door and sticks out 1/16-1/8". Will address it mid-week with the body shop. They were able to get the Cab/Bed better aligned. So far added the rear liners and the ez-lift for the tailgate. Next few days Ill get the rest of the stuff installed when I have time.. Edit: Just save all my modules with FORscan, added DPF%, changed TPMS, fogs on high, turn signal count.

so what exactly was out of alignment with cab bed?
had a new 05 king ranch dually and the alignment was very noticeable because of the two tone paint not lining up. i could see that being the same problem with yours that its two tone and easier to tell
never said anything to dealer cause i figured they would tell me its normal or make it worse
I think the issue your truck had was looking AT the side, the lower style lines were off at the cab/bed (one was higher than the other). That wasn't the case with mine.
Looking down the sides of the truck from the rear. On the passenger side, the cab and bed were flush. On the drivers side, the bed was in from the cab almost an inch. Turns out the body shop loosened the cab bolts and moved the cab 3/8" towards the passenger side so there was almost an equal cab reveal on both sides of the cab.
Interesting. Something does look off with that front driver side door. Look at how the reflection is broken on the trailing edge. The passenger side reflections don't look like that at all.
The drivers door I noticed at the dealer before purchasing. I told my salesman about it at that time. I have an appointment with him and the body shop tomorrow, we'll see if they can't do something about it.

My door looked the same way but I did It moving back a little to the diesel pump at the fuel station on a pylon. I had The door open and didn’t realize the plyon was there. I just grabbed it and bent it back. Lol. Mine was just the bottom corner tho.
