Finally arrived at dealer this afternoon. Took a quick look around it and noticed the bed was off about 1/2" (flush on pass side, 1" cab showing on drivers). Told them no shiney stuff on the wheels. Salesman said they would take care of it. Delivery set for Saturday morning. Right now nothing can spoil the day.
I keep seeing all of these red trucks. I was wanting this color but they didn't have any equipped the way I wanted within 500 miles of the dealership where I bought mine. I love the white but that ruby red....
Thanks for all the compliments. Yes.... you don't see that many of the Ruby Red/Magnetic color scheme running around. Place the order back in mid-October. Looks like it was worth the wait. Will get better pics once I get ahold of it on Saturday.
I told my salesman to have the bed adjusted prior to delivery and that if there were any issues doing it to let me know before I got there.
Planned accessories: LED headlights and fogs, Magnetic F150 running boards, front lower valance, tufskinz lettering (magnetic), EZ lift/lower tailgate and a few FORscan changes. All parts are in hand.
I went over mine for about an hour on a Sunday when the lot was closed. Never did I think to check for bed alignment and it wasn't until I got on here did I learn of it. Mine is out of alingment so I guess this is a warranty item. Has anyone had a dealer give them any crap about adjusting the bed?
I really like that color combo. I ordered RR but with Stone as the secondary color. Too late now, but I may have ordered stone when I shoulda ordered magnetic.
No pics of the off centered bed. My salesman was right there and I pointed the difference out to him and he saw it. I would rather have them adjust it before delivery so as not to incur a "we owe" you slip.
Beautiful Truck!. Some have said that the bed isn't really adjustable but that the cab is where the adjustment is made. Mine is off ~1/4 to 3/8. I don't plan on having it messed with as it could always be worse.
