To my surprise my dealer called this morning to inform me that my new truck came in. 2012 F350 SRW, Lariat, Lariat interior package, 3:55 elocker, navigation, long box, 6.7l diesel. I went to dealership this morning to check it out and man am I happy right now. I ordered the dark blue pearl with sterling gray 2 tone sight unseen, at least unseen in person on a actual truck. It is hard to judge the colors in pictures on the internet. I couldn't be happier with the actual color though. The truck still has to be rust proofed and prepped, so it was a little dirty from the ride from Kentucky. Everything will be done by tomorrow afternoon and it will officially be mine. Looks great! The color is lighter than what I have seen on the lots. Must be the sunlight. Any inside pictures? Wonder what changes they made inside...

Yeah the sun was glaring at it this morning. Definitely is darker when the sun is not so intense. I didn't take any interior pictures but I will tomorrow night when I get it home. It still had the center caps for the wheels, antenna, floor mats and whatever else inside it. They didn't even have the plastic removed from the seats inside yet. I tried to post 2 other pictures but they didn't come up. Maybe I will try again.

Thanks guys. I am going to put my amp power steps, that I have been staring at for 2 weeks, on it Wednesday morning and then at 1 o'clock it gets the line x bedliner sprayed in and then it is back home to put the pace edwards full metal jackrabbit tonneau cover on and last of all will be the lock pick for the navigation. Then it is a matter of getting the 500 mile break in done so it will be ready to put to work.

I'm even more jealous now. I'm on week 3 of the 6-10 week wait for a 2012 F250, Extended Cab, SRW, Long Bed, 6.7. Your truck looks great. Enjoy!

 

Love the color! Congrats. I think your probably the first person to get a 2012 with nav (at least out of the people who post on forums)!

 

I am still not sure how my dealer pulled this off. He called a few weeks ago and said that he had heard that a few nav units had become available so he called his rep from ford and got him to put a 01 priority on my truck plus he was able to get a "hold release" on the Nav which to my understanding very rarely happens.

It does have the black interior. That was the only choice they gave for the color combo. I wouldn't have went with the lighter color anyways.
