1) Is your iPhone showing 11.2.5 version in SETTINGS/GENERAL/ABOUT?
2) Does FORDPASS icon shows up in APP menu on screen (The icon with 6 squares on bottom of SYNC 3)?
3) Are you connected via USB cable?
I have already done the Master Reset twice. No dice.
On 2nd iPhone (my wife's), she was on 11.2.2 version and I saw FordPass icon in Sync App area. I then upgraded her iPhone to 11.2.5, it now disappears in the app area. Now both my wife's and my iPhones do not work with FordPass.
Hmmm....Must be a fluke or something but then again, I have a 2016 F150.
I assumed 2016 & 2017 SYNC systems are the same but there must be some small piece of code that may be different between the years. This type of technical stuff is way above my head.
Glad to hear that it`s working again for you with the Beta.
dumb question but did you disable the carplay option before using Ford Pas app? instructions I read says you have to to utilize the Ford PAss App and have it tethered to the USB
I have experienced the same issue. All apps appeared yesterday on my unit (Pandora, Spotify, Glympse, ext..). After installing the 11.2.5 update on my iPhone X, the only two that appear are Update apps, and Sirus. I have tried all known troubleshooting steps, master reset, turn off/on, restart app, reset iPhone, unplug/plug USB cable. The radio sees the iPhone because it finds no new apps when you click on the mobile app square. Tomorrow, I try a different iPhone and possibly downgrade to 11.2.2.

Oh yeah. Apple and Android Car Play are disabled. The USB cable are used. Only the iOS OS 11.2.5 breaks the Sync over USB. Unfortunately people already updated to current version of 11.2.5 will have to wait till March for IOS official update of 11.3. They could get public beta to get 11.3 but I am not going to discuss this here. Best is if people do not update iOS to 11.2.5 if they have not already if they want Sync. I am glad to have Sync back for my vehicle health reports and checking oil level as well as with using some Sync apps.

Got it...checked my IOS and it wants me to update to 11.2.5
Stop buying into the fear of what you hear or have read about iPhones slowing down because of updating.
Also in the next update you will have the option to disable the slow down if you want (the trade off being shorter battery life if your battery is old).
I hope they keep the fix in 11.3. I have since downgraded the firmware back to 11.2.2 and all is working as it should again. I have all my mobile apps and Sygic is working.
The trouble is; how do you know that even the "next" release will fix the issue?
Sadly, it seems that Apple does this a lot. We just had our NetFlix streaming connection quit working with an Apple update. Called NetFlix and they said "nothing they could do about it". Wait for a subsequent release to fix it.

Yes, it`s frustrating but these are the pitfalls of tech companies not just being happy with were they are and the consumer is the one who usually suffers when an update comes around.
When it comes to Ford Pass, right now, my iPad and iPhone X are totally useless since the update so i`ll have to wait until 11.3 because i`m not on or interested in participating in the 11.3 Beta program.
At least we now know that 11.3 will fix all of the issues with 11.2.5 and Ford Pass because many who are on the Beta program have said that everything is back to normal.
I know I will not be updating to 11.3.1 until I see what affect it`ll have on Ford Pass from other users.
In my opinion, iOS 11 has been the worse and most problem plagued version i`ve ever experienced.

11.3 is out, if I go out later today I will check to see if things are OK..
