Just trying to see if anybody has tried these yet. Looking for a solution to replace the oem head gaskets. For a standard studded truck oem is the best but they will not hold 60lbs of boost even with oringed heads.....
60 would be way outside of most anyones range.
You might want to chat with the racers and pullers.
Also what studs are you using? ARP has a heavy
set that is not what most get.
One of the big issues is the number of bolts per cylinder.
This one is actually my buddies truck. It was 700 hp before the compounds. With the current setup we can not keep the headgaskets intact. The compounds are a borg Warner 366 and a 480. The truck has 400% over injectors.

Pretty sure Charlie Keeter is running Kill Devil heads with double o rings. One cut in the head and one cut in the block.
I am pretty sure we are going to end up using fire rings. It is a daily driver/ see how fast it can go down the track truck. I am familiar with the Kill Devil heads.
Speaking of, has anyone heard anything about Kill Devil's new ALUMINUM 6.0 head? They are prototype testing it with Charlie Fish's motor. He is shooting for 1000hp I think.

Interesting....
I've been following Charlie's adventures in head gaskets. This should be good.
