No Start/Spark

No Start/Spark
1995 F-150 Lightning 5.8L 351w (R VIN)
Running fine last 3 weeks took truck for State inspection and have Master Cylinder replaced. Truck Passed Inspection driving home ruck dies
Get Towed home continue no start / no spark.
Received following codes during crank 211 (PIP circuit fault), 542 (Fuel Pump Secondary circuit fault - Inertia Switch)
Cleaned all grounds under hood and verified the inertia.
Pulled SPOUT and truck starts first crank replace the spout no spark no start again.
Any thoughts or help GREATLY appreciated
