Working on a 1992 f150 5.0. The truck will crank but not start. Checked for codes and checked fuses, no codes, fuses good. Fuel pressure koeo is around 25-28 psi. I am getting spark. Tried some starting fluid and it didn't affect it. Checked vref at tps and got 5 volts. Where shall I look next?

 

Explain "no codes".
Are you saying you get 11, 11 or 111, 111?
Or are you saying no codes at all.

It sounds like a no spark issue. I would start with checking the distributor cap, spark plug wires, the ignition coil, and spark plugs.
