2010 6.0 no start
Do you have a monitor like scangauge, forscan or torque? Do you have a fuel pressure gauge? What is your voltage, RPM, fuel pressure and high oil pressure while trying to start? Injectors are not actuated unless supporting levels are met.
What has the temperature been where you are working on the truck?
When did the truck last run and when was this work done? 2010 6.0 is in a van?
Sounds like you have been reading the tech folder sticky in this forum but if you haven't, there's a lot of good information in there.
The experts here are probably going to be more interested in your diagnostic work than your parts replaced.
since I DRAINED the Fuel water SEPARATER, I had to prime the pump, didn' start, so I put a little starter fluid in.
no start DRAINED battery.
it' on a battery charger now, till I figure out my next move.
a egr Delete kit , was put on in July, plus new ,turbo, oil cooler, starter, etc
SCII is a poor code reader.
Don't run the batteries down, it's a FICM killer.
Don't use starter fluid, it's an engine killer and dangerous. Brake clean is a safer alternative if you must.

Here are some commands to get info from the scangauge. There is a lot of scangauge info here on the forum also if you look. Scangauge, ironically, is more of a monitor than a scanner. You can monitor live data but you can't scan for codes. Forscan is a lot cheaper and more versatile.
Slow down and study this for a while. Impulsive buying can get really expensive with trucks these days. Buying the wrong parts can cause more problems than they fix.
Here is a thread to start with. Search for scangauge and no start.
There are two sync signals to look at. Two FICM voltages and Battery voltage. High oil pressure and cranking RPM. More I am probably not remembering.
You may be able to rent an oil pressure tester to test your fuel pressure.
When I see things like "egr cooler busted" in the narrative, I have visions of Clyde with a shop rag hanging out his back pocket and a digit or two missing.
The fact they diagnose seized turbo vanes but didn't offer an option to clean it if possible, rather throw a whole turbo at it makes me wonder what might have happened to possibly precipitate your current issues.
If that invoice is yours, I would advise covering up the name and phone number. No need to invite some jerk the chance to start spamming. Lot of creeps out there anymore.

I just wanted to show the evolution of my repairs.
so as to get answers for 2days problems
You can check this with a voltmeter 5v max
The other Vref points are Baro, Map and APP and EGR
It's a common voltage to all so if one is off it will throw codes for others
Sound familiar Navistarnut?

the blue line is the 5 volt reference votltage Vref
The senders/sensors are listed there
Baro is after the air cleaner Map is on the firewall with hose attached
App is accelerator pedal
