wiring up outside lights

I have a 2012 ford superduty and i have lights that are run with a toggle switch inside . the lights don't work when the truck is shut off or ignition switch is off . i want to run the lights without the switch on , is there a hot wire inside the cab somewhere that i can wire the toggle switch too?

thanks Pete
