Do they reuse the engine oil when they reassemble the truck? I literally just changed my oil with full synthetic per usual and don’t want them to put regular oil back in.

No they will not reuse it. If you are concerned with what they will use - bring your own and ask them to use that.
I have the same issue and I am outside my warranty. I'm almost certain that Ford knows about this issue. I advised my tech my truck was leaking and i get my oil change at the same dealer often. I then asked so you mean to tell my my oil started to leak since the last oil change. Of course they said yes of course. It's too many having the same issue. I have a 6.0 I drive daily and this truck doesn't leak. Not sure why a newer more superior motor supposedly leaks worst that a previous generation. I'll keep you guys posted on the repair bill.
I am out of my 3/36 mile warranty but the truck has 60k power train warranty on the engine and in the manual it states this warranty covers seals so I would think unless you are beyond that it would be covered. I am at 43k now and mine is leaking so in about a week or so when I can give up the truck I am going to work on getting it taken care of.
I just found one of our service trucks has the same leak. It is a 2018 F450 Chassis cab, around 25500 miles. Leaking out the drivers side and down onto the front axle on the differential cover. Looks like it will head for the doctor.
Just picked mine up from the dealer this morning. Fixed the leaking front cover and did the TSB for the "death wobble".
They pulled the cab/engine for the front cover repair and it looks like they did the pan too.
A buddy of mine took his in for this leak. The dealership just smeared some kind of sealant ON THE OUTSIDE. Twice! He's communicating with ford hq to see what's up....

That is unacceptable. Especially this is a very common problem. I would avoid that dealership like the plague, talk to Ford directly and get it fixed correctly at a new dealership.

That's what i recommended he do. He's waiting for a call today...

Keep us posted! I still need to take my truck in to get this fixed, just trying to find the time. That said, when I called my local dealer to tell them about it, they knew exactly what I was talking about and said be prepared to drop your truck off for 3-5 days when I do.

This dealer told him they do 2 or 3 a week so they "know what they need to do". Here's a screenshots from a video he sent me of the work done. You tell me what it looks like, maybe I'm seeing it wrong...

Wow, looks like a 2 year old got into the toothpaste. I cannot believe they let a truck leave the service department that way
