If it is the return line then why do you need to bleed it?
It should bleed its self pushing the air back to the tank.
Now if it is in the pump then I think you can crack the fittings out of the pump and crank it over till you get fuel out and do the same at the injectors.
You may not need to bleed them all at the injectors, maybe 4 and see if it will start/run and it will push the rest of the air out.

No need to bleed anything on that engine. You can speed up getting air out of the filter by pushing on the shrader valve at the top of the filter head. But all the air will work itself out with a little bit of cranking.
