Boca Raoton show 2-25-18

The truck was invited down to the Boca Raton Concourse d' Elegance by an email & phone call . Tom Moskowitz , Exec. Dir. of the AACA in Hershey asked if I could bring the truck down in Feb to represent the '50's at the show . I replied " Yes , I could probably do that since I am a member of AACA & the Treasure Coast Vintage Car Club so free food & drink + a guard on duty .

See you in Boca on Feb. 25 & will post pics .

In March ( 17 ) is the AACA show in Vero Beach , Fla. under the oaks by the by the Rte 60 bridge .
March 18 is the Cars of Dreams show at John Staluppi's fabulous museum open only 2x a yr. to the public . A must see and the car show has nearly 500 entrants .

This is one of the top three Concours in the world. Pebble Beach and Amelia Island are the other two. If you vehicle wins an award at any of these shows its value is increased significantly . . . of course then there are bragging rights

I did not know of the private museum you mentioned, so I looked up his website. Kudos to those that maintain our vehicle heritage whether it is by money or the ingenuity of our own doing.

This collection helps clarify the answer to what antiques are worth. To some, money is no object. To the practical working man, reasonability is the yardstick. Rarely do I buy outside a product’s marketability, but there have been moments when I had to live the dream. That’s why I think the museum’s name is so apropos.

Thanks for posting. You have one fine looking truck. It’s nice to know you are sharing it with others to see.

WOW - outstanding Truck and a very nice Show. In our part of the world a car show outdoors in january would be completely out of question. Maybe in a couple 100 years, if global warming proceeds as expected
