After the HR headlight difficulties that some have posted about I was a little hesitant to get the HR LEDs for my back up lights. Of course they were backordered but I was not informed of this until I inquired about 10 days after the order. Miracle of miracles! The day I inquired the new shipment just happend to have arrived and the bulbs were shipping. I might have believed that if others hadn't posted that they got the same reply to their inquiry. Credibility with me is now very suspect.
At any rate, the LED back up lights have performed well the last few weeks. Time will tell if they were worth it or not. If I had it to do over, I'd look for something lower cost than HR.

Are these just replacement bulbs? I see where Headlight Revolution has a really nice setup but you have to mount resistors.

EDIT: I think I see. These are for backup lights only and not the brake lights, etc. Right?

I used these in my reverse light bulbs. They have worked flawlessly with no errors.

Whenever using LEDs you should use lights that match your lens color so these wouldn't work as brake lights.

Their listing just doesn't know it fits. The bulb part number is the same.

I agree with MNSuper, the JDM ASTAR 1200 works great with no issues. Easy install as well.

HR does not require resistors if you're doing backup lights only. I wasn't interested in spending any more money with them so I didn't pursue tail/rear turns.

Perfect, thank you. Just ordered. (HR seems nice, but the price is wrong).

I saw it on one website , not sure which, that noted some LED reverse light bulbs do not fit on trucks with BLIS , but other bulbs do. Not sure why, have not pulled the rear lenses off to see what is in there as part of that detection system. Super bright and powerful reverse lights are sure helpful while plowing in a nighttime snowstorm. Not to say the stockers are not ok, they seem so far to be satisfactory......

The cargo light? I don't think that one comes on in reverse.

The lights by your third brake light (cargo lights) don't come on in reverse. They are controlled by a button near your headlight switch.
