I have a 2012 F250 lariat and the sync system won't pair phones. I have unhooked the battery cables for 10 minutes or so, made sure the cables were hooked up to the communication module and the back of the radio, restarted my phone iPhone 6 plus after 5 minutes of off time. when I hit the phone button on the faceplate it brings up settings and I click on it to bring up the add phone. when I click on that it brings the screen up for pairing but there is not a code and my phone doesn't have the sync device as a recognized device to hook up to. Does anyone have any other ideas? I paired my phone to my wife's 2016 Dodge Durango this morning so I know my phone is recognizable.
