Sync Dead?
f350 2016. Basic Sync--not touch screen. Voice control button doesnt work starting today. The phone button on the steering wheel doesnt work starting today. The phone button on the control unit in dash doesnt work starting today.
tried to go into sync to do a master reset. its like sync doesnt exist on the truck anymore.
dont see in the manual that sync has its own circuit breaker so i am at a loss.
Help?

Not familiar with the non touch screen version. I would suggest removing the head unit and checking the power connections on the back. It is possible that you could force a reset buy removing the battery cables for a bit.
Should be covered under warranty

Anyone figure out a solution to this problem? Had my 16 f250 to the stealler for an air bag recall and now my phone wont sync. Not their problem or they offered to charge $300 on a guess repair with no guarantee. When I push the phone buttons nothing comes up on the radio. Pulled power and tried a reset with no success.
