Are there any other fuses that provide full-time power to the unit?
When you pulled the fuse to "reset the disk", did it lose it's time or other settings?
Might want to try disconnecting the battery, but you'll lose the PCM's learned strategy.

Try holding down preset buttons 3 and 6 at the same time for about 5-10 seconds. This will get you into the diagnostic screen. Also check each button and make sure none of them are stuck in the "in" position from debri.

Thanks...ran the diagnostics and the hard key test and went back and all buttons functioned. Now I can enter new destinations. Great advice, I did not see the 3 & 6 preset diagnostics in the manual.
