Hardware issue
Has anyone had a hardware issue with their remote access?
I purchase the kit and installed it myself and it worked great for about 6 months now. Then all of a sudden it stopped working almost like it had gone into sleep mode. I call FORD and after giving them the SIM ID, they told me the unit wasn't showing on the network and that it was a hardware issue and to take it to the dealership to get it fixed. I called my dealership and they won't fix it under warranty because they didn't install it and it wasn't purchased from them.
Any suggestions??
