My 2012 has started having a problem with Sync and my iPhone. 1.I tell it to call someone. It will call someone that is not even close to what I said. 2. Tell it to call someone, it does, rings a couple of time hangs up and then redials all by itself. And several other weird things. If I tell my iPhone to forget and then reconnect, its OK for awhile. Any suggestions?

 

You can call Ford customer service and connect with the IVT Team(Sync) team. The IVT Team use to monitor this forum but do not any more.
